The auger is equipped with a series of knives (from 8 to 13) which can be mounted in two different positions, depending on the composition of the recipe to be mixed.
For particularly long foods, there is the option to add additional knives with the tungsten variant.
With Fast Cleaning the augers rotate at a speed of 45 rpm eliminating the risk of product stagnation and increasing the wholesomeness of the mix. The uninterrupted cone shape slides the mixture down to the bottom of the mixing tub.
The hydraulic transmission of the augers, supported by powerful and reliable gearboxes, allows for up to 8 functional speed variations and maximum homogeneity independently of the diesel engine revs.
