Purchasing office

 Company operating in the field of agricultural mechanization looking for an Employed Purchasing Office.


The resource will be allocated within the Purchasing Office, reporting directly to the Head of the Office and interfacing with other business areas, will handle the management of purchases and contact with suppliers, and in particular:
  • Purchase planning, based on the indications provided
  • Identification of potential suppliers and analysis of offers in relation to quality and price parameters;
  • Verification of compliance with the agreed procedures and the timing of delivery and payment;
  • Drafting of contracts / orders and maintaining relations with suppliers;
  • Preparation of the necessary documentation to formalize the purchase operations
  • Perform all the administrative and Back Office operations necessary for the management of orders, the reminder, the control of the purchased goods
  • Management of the vehicles of the company fleet and / or rental

Skill and experience

The ideal resource will have the following characteristics:
  • Diploma of a technical / economic nature and / or short degree in statistics
  • Excellent knowledge of purchase order processes
  • Excellent use of IT tools
  • English language level B2
  • Minimum 3-year experience gained in the job
