Customer Care / Spare Parts Business Unit (English / German)

 Company operating in the agricultural mechanization sector looking for an Employee Customer Care.

Responsibility

The resource will be allocated within the Spare Parts business office and will deal with:
  • back office activities (management of offers / orders / billing / shipping organization)
  • customer care activities (customer / dealer support)
  • development of business relationships based on the strategy defined with the area manager

Skill and experience

The ideal resource will have the following characteristics:
  • Diploma of a technical / commercial nature
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Linguistics
  • Excellent use of IT tools
  • English language excellent level and good knowledge of two other languages ​​(preferable German language)
  • Minimum past 3 years experience in the area
