The May 2021 issue of MAD, Macchine Agricole Domani, features an exclusive interview with the management of Faresin Industries, conducted by Marco Limina. A wide-ranging interview with President Sante Faresin and his daughters Silvia and Giulia.
Love for made-in-Italy manufacturing, quick decisions and no limits to product and commercial development are the company guidelines that have led the company towards the goal of its first 50 years of life.
" Our commitment is to push everyday for a productive improvement in terms of mechanical and technological contents by investing heavily in R&D," says President Sante Faresin. - We have always worked with these objectives, even at the beginning of our adventure. Between the end of the 1980s and the beginning of the 1990s, we start to collaborate with the research department of the University of Padua to analyze our first products and compare them with similar ones. Even in these years we continue to work together with some research organizations and universities to always try to improve the quality of our offer."
"Our company has three sales subsidiaries in Germany, France and Poland and more than 200 dealers worldwide. The most important markets are those where we have subsidiaries but we are also working well in Australia, the United States and Canada," explains Silvia Faresin.
"Our policy is to immediately train the new dealer or reseller in every part of the world in order to make him as independent as possible. - comments Giulia Faresin - This allows their technicians to take care of the end customer's needs as quickly as possible. If this is not possible, our technicians will intervene. In this year and a half of downtime due to the pandemic we have appreciated the preparation of our dealers who have met the demands of the users of our machines."
