The base of the auger is fitted with two adjustable scrapers. These scrapers are attached with bolts that slide inside the relative slotted holes. This will allow to adjust the height of the scrapers in order to position them as close as possible to the bottom of the hopper, preventing any stagnation of material. At the loading stage, the product exits the tank at a constant speed, pushed by the thrust of the two scrapers.
Instead of the usual two blades positioned at 180°, the first spiral of the butterfly auger is fitted with four blades positioned at 90° one from each other. This means the material is turned over, mixed and crushed faster even in the case of considerable amounts of material.

The Butterfly auger will be fitted as standard on the Twinner and Leader Maxxi models and, upon request, on Faresin's other two mixer wagons.
