HISTORY OF THE GROUP FARESIN

1973 – Guido and Sante Faresin established “Officine Meccaniche snc di Faresin Guido e Sante”, a mechanical firm that operated as a supplier for Laverda, the long-standing Italian brand of agricultural machines.

1987 – Guido Faresin sets up Faresin FC2000, a company specialising in the production and marketing of products for the building sector. Whereas, Sante Faresin continued to run Officine Meccaniche and developed a new type of product: the mixer truck.

1999 – Far Servizio Lamiere Srl is founded. The company specialises in processing sheet metal for third parties, using state-of-the-art technology, such as laser and plasma steel cutting, according to customer requirements. Far provides material customised for the Faresin Mixer Wagons and Telescopic Handlers.

2001 – The experience gained in previous years, together with innovation to create a new line of products. Faresin telescopic handlers are manufactured. In the same years Meccanica Breganzese is founded, a company that forms part of the Faresin Group, whose core business lies in the production of jaw crusher buckets. Over the years, it has become one of the most important companies in the earth-moving machinery sector.

2002 – Faresin Haulotte is founded - a project deriving from the partnership agreement made between Faresin and the French multinational company, which launches the fantastic Made in Italy product around the world.

2006 – The Faresin Group becomes the sole proprietor of the company, which was to be called Faresin Handlers.

2008 – Faresin Agri Division and Faresin Handlers merge to become Faresin Industries: the small-sized multinational company presents itself on the world market as just one large company.

Faresin Industries spa is a company that manufactures Mixer Wagons for the zootechnics sector and Telescopic Handlers used in the agriculture, industry and construction sectors. The company enters the Biogas sector, supplying mixing devices.

Faresin Building Division spa manufactures formwork, scaffolding and a complete range of construction systems and technology. The products are made of steel or aluminium, come in large, medium or small size and are all modular. Quality material is used to manufacture them by means of highly automated production cycles.

MB spa is a company that manufactures jaw crusher buckets, which can be attached to normal excavators and can be used for the preparation of aggregate from a quarry or from the recycling of demolished materials. Equipment that also has a great ecological-environmental function since it allows demolition debris, normally considered to be pollutant waste, to be re-used on site.
